Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receipt of payment.

• Roasting Schedule: To ensure freshness, coffee orders are roasted to order. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

United States

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. We offer the following:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $70 within Australia.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over USD $100 to the United States.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over EUR €90 to the European Union.
